IMPORTANT: Canadian/International residents, YOU MAY USE THE CHECKOUT PROCESS, however there may not be shipping charges added - in that case, we will not process the order until the appropriate charges are paid. RETURNS: Returns MAY be accepted after buyer contacts us stating reasons within 3 days of receipt, and subsequently waiting for our reply with return instructions. Item must be returned in same, new condition in packaging within 10 days for a refund(minus shipping). In some cases, item can be exchanged for like item(ex. different size). Most custom orders can not be returned.
